Founder and Principal Consultant Liam Wilson began his career in onshore wind before moving into offshore wind. Seven years ‘at the coal face’ gave him a deep, first-hand understanding of just how far ‘work as imagined’ can be from ‘work as done’ — the gap where safety is so often won or lost.

With 15 years’ experience as of 2026, Liam has supported multiple large-scale offshore wind farms — in Client-side roles, as Principal Contractor, and at package level. His consultancy work has since extended into other sectors, including battery energy storage and supporting the 2026 Glasgow Commonwealth Games.
