Your hours — used flexibly across advice, RAMS, document work, investigations and CDM support. Monthly, and unused hours do not roll over.
Initial consultation is included in every package — on-site (within 2 hours of Glasgow) or online; travel further afield is charged at the agreed day rate.
Response — acknowledgement usually the same day, with a substantive response within 2 working days.
Term — 6-month minimum initial term, then month-to-month unless cancelled with 30 days’ notice. Billed monthly, or pay 12 months up front and save 10% (annual prepayment non-refundable).
Not included — charged separately. Time beyond your included hours, further site attendance, audits and inspections, named support to CDM duty-holder roles, training delivery, and travel beyond 2 hours of Glasgow are quoted and agreed in advance at our standard day rate.
